Shipping Policy
All "Made to order" products are exclusively crafted upon order placement, requiring 3-4 weeks for shipping. Refunds are not applicable for shipment delays. Avoid emailing for order updates before the estimated shipment time has lapsed. For tracking concerns, contact allocation@neoepolaris@gmail.com if your tracking number is not provided within the expected timeframe.
Domestic orders (within W.A) may arrive sooner than those over east. All shipments utilize the Australian Postal Service. Monitor your tracking number for updates, and for delivery issues, contact AUSPost directly with the tracking number.

Product prices may change without prior notice. We retain the right to alter or terminate the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We are not responsible to you or any third party for any modifications, price adjustments, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.
Specific products or services might be exclusively accessible online via the website. These items could be available in limited quantities and are eligible for return or exchange solely as per our Refund Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
Upon placing an order, an automatic confirmation email containing an order number will be sent to the provided email address for reference. Please note that a processing time of 1-5 days is necessary for all orders before shipment.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order post-placement, contact us immediately as changes cannot be made once shipped. Neoe Polaris allows returns within 14 days from the delivery date for unwashed, unworn items in their original condition. To initiate a return, email us at neoepolaris@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll provide the return address. Include a paper with your order number and the list of items to return in the parcel. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the return parcel. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and original postage costs won't be refunded unless there was a fault or dispatch error by Neoe Polaris.
